Somizi Reveals the Iconic South African Star He Is Yearning to Meet. Some people refer to Somizi as the celebrity of other celebrities. He has also jokingly said that in a number of instances. Truth though is that, there are other iconic people, that Somizi looks up to, and is a huge fan of them.

In his own right, Somizi is one of the most successful celebrities in the country. He has explored the entertainment industry to the full, and excels in almost anything he does. Among other thins Somizi has done TV, radio, is a musician, a choreographer, an author, an actor, a fashion designer, an entrepreneur, an MC, and so much more. Everything he touches, turns into gold, and many aspire to be like him.

As great as he is, Somizi also looks up to some individuals, who are doing amazing things. One of those people is the legendary Dr Esther Mahlangu. He has just taken to Instagram to sing Gogo Mahlangu’s praises, and state his desire to meet her. Somizi even asked help from people out there, to make it happen that he meet the international acclaimed Ndebele artist. He is willing to do everything needed of him for the meet up to happen.

There’s no ICON. LEGEND. ROYALTY I wanna meet more than this one. Someone pls make things happen. I’d drop everything for that opportunity,” Somizi said.

Gogo Mahlangu has over 50-year long career and her rise as a contemporary artist, earning her global acclaim. The international award winning artist started from humble beginnings, just by making Ndebele cultural paintings. People showed so much interest in her work and she has grown over the years.

Dr. Mahlangu has been recognized internationally with a number of iconic projects, including a painting on a boulevard in New York. She has also collaborated with international brands, such as BMW, Rolls Royce and American singer John Legend and local businesswoman Carlo Bouwer. Moreover Dr Mahlangu’s work has been featured at galleries across the globe, including Japan and France.
