Role Summary
The Internal Sales Administrator acts as the central coordinator for B2B customer orders. You will manage communication between departments while ensuring orders move efficiently from quotation to production and delivery. The role also includes basic design-related tasks linked to embroidery approvals. You must be detail-driven and capable of handling multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Customer and Sales Support

  • Act as the main contact for B2B customers after enquiries are received
  • Communicate clearly about products, pricing and embroidery options
  • Provide accurate quotes and delivery timelines
  • Respond professionally to customer questions and updates
  • Follow up on payments before production begins

Order and Process Management

  • Manage orders from confirmation through to delivery
  • Ensure embroidery approval documents are correct and approved
  • Coordinate warehouse picking and stock movement
  • Track embroidery progress and production timelines
  • Confirm order completion before dispatch
  • Arrange courier bookings and customer deliveries
  • Ensure all orders meet customer specifications and deadlines

Embroidery Approval and Design Support

  • Create embroidery approval documents for customers
  • Update logo placement, garment mockups and colour adjustments
  • Use Adobe Illustrator or similar design software at a basic level
  • Learn and improve design skills where required

Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

  • Double-check order details before production begins
  • Ensure customer approvals are completed correctly
  • Identify issues early and communicate solutions quickly
