Yolanda Mukondeleli Celebrates World Vitiligo Day With A Breathtaking Photo Shoot. Being comfortable in your own skin is one of the biggest favors you can do for yourself. Yolanda Mukondeleli is a shining example in this mindset as she has embraced living with vitiligo.

Vitiligo is a disease that destroys skin pigment cells, causing the loss of skin color in blotches. This happens because the cells that make pigment (color) in the skin are destroyed.

The moment Yolanda stepped into the Big Brother Mzansi house, she stood out. Instead of hiding in some corner, she was bold, spoke her mind, and embraced her beauty. Even when at some point some housemates poked her for her skin, Yolanda took it with a pinch of salt, she did not take it to heart, and life went on.

Today as it is World Vitiligo Day, the reality show star and model, is celebrating the day, the best way she can. Yolanda went for a photo shoot, with some male models with the same condition. This is basically to show people that, your conditions don’t have to define you. You can actually become anything you want, vitiligo or not.
