Miss South Africa 2021 Runner up Zimi Mabunzi Bags A TV Hosting Gig. The Miss South Africa pageant has opened doors for a number of beauty queens out there. One can think of the likes of Basetsana Kumalo, Joann Strauss, Zozibini Tunzi, Shudufhadzo Musida, Natasha Joubert and many others. These women have been absorbed by the entertainment industry, the business sector and all of that.
Zimi Mabunzi, who entered the pageant in 2021 is also making a name for herself as a TV host. The Miss SA 2021 runner up, has just joined The Home Channel hosting a show called, Afrimaxx. From the snipped shared on social media, it goes without saying that Zimi was born for this.

Before Zimi, Afrimaxx was presented by Miss SA 2020 Shudufhadzo. The beauty queen was taking over from media personality Ayanda Thabethe. Other personalities who have been with the show are Pamela Mtanga and most recently Palesa Tembe.
Afrimaxx explores the creative world of fashion, design, technology trends and the arts. Every week Afrimaxx seeks out the continent’s best design and lifestyle innovations. The program is a co-production between DW and “Arena Holding” in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a host, Zimi will engage with visionaries and thought leaders who are at the forefront of African creativity.
