About the Role
The Salesperson will be responsible for selling products, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending products that meet those needs. Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Attract, engage, and retain customers through effective merchandising
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company policies
- Maintain product knowledge across all categories
- Support team members and contribute to a positive store environment
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
