Letoya Makhene Announces Her New Business Venture. Most of our entertainers have side hustles, which are doing very well. Using their fame, talents and passion, many celebrities like Somizi, DJ Zinhle, Bonang Matheba are making a killing out there. Some even run multiple businesses, inspiring the masses out there that it can be done.
The latest celebrity to announce a cool business venture is Letoya Makhene, The award winning musician, actress and traditional healer has entered into the world of events. Together with her partners, White Sangoma and Mmamokete Moabi, Letoya is a proud co-founder of Unapologetic Events Company. In the past couple of weeks, she has been in talks with White Sangoma, and it is quite clear that they were talking business. The trio have not shared as yet, how the business will be run. One thing for sure though is that, they are going to make it work.

Letoya has been making waves as an actress, and we love it for her. Her recent shows include Homewrecker. She plays the role of Kenzie Miyeni a damaged woman on a mission to steal her successful colleague, Tamara Olpihant’s (played by Mbali Mlotshwa) life.
Letoya is also in another Netflix show, Republic of South Ah Sh**t (ROSA). The variety show features some of South Africa’s top comedians and celebrities in sketches parodying stereotypes, pop culture and race relations. The show also stars Kagiso Lediga, Khanyisa Bunu, Mpho Popps, Donovan Goliath, Loyiso Gola among others.
Towards the end of 2023, Letoya joined House of Zwide. She played the Editor of Vogue Magazine Africa, who came to run a feature story about Mr Zidwe himself.
