“It’s always an honour and privilege to represent my country and continent on a global stage on every project l’ve worked on ever since I started my career in the culinary and food industry with award-winning cooking shows like Siba’s Table and Cooking With Siba airing all over the world… Phakama Mzansi… Phakama Afrika,” Siba said.
She also extended a huge congratulations and gratitude to her team at the restaurant. Siba then added that they have been her unwavering support, come rain or sunshine, sharing their skills, passions and love for people, food and service, and believing in this vision of elevating their food on a global level and stage. Siba also thanked their landlord, The Table Bay Hotel and Sun International who believed in let them open a restaurant in the worst of times, during COVID.
