Job Overview

The General Worker will perform routine tasks with minimal supervision, contributing to the smooth operation of the retail branch. This position is suited for individuals ready to perform physical tasks, maintain a clean work environment, and assist with stock handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general tidiness of the premises and perform cleaning duties.
• Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading stock according to company procedures.
• Support stock control and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting in retail operations.
• Engage in general housekeeping to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF4 certification.
