Zwai Bala Receives His Flowers While Still Alive

Zwai Bala Receives His Flowers While Still Alive. One thing about reality shows, they can either break or make a celebrity. Viewers at home judge cast members based on the content on the show, and then proceed to share their opinions on social media.

One reality show currently taking the country by storm is The Bala Family. It features the matriarch of the family Mom Veronica Bala, her husband Baba Jafta, big sister Pinky, as well as the famous brothers Zwai, Loyiso and Phelo. Loyiso’s wife Jennifer Bala is also part of the show.

When it was announced that the Balas were getting a reality show, many were not sold to the idea, as the bunch looks like drama free people, with just ordinary lives. When people think of this family, what comes to their mind is music, church, family gatherings, children and just the basic family stuff. But, hey, as the saying goes, still waters run deep.

Three episodes in, The Bala Family is a hit. The Balas go through what most of us experience in our families, hence a lot of viewers relate to the content. Mama V, went through her own drama as a married woman, and later as a single parent. Sis Pinky and Zwai had to raise their younger siblings, while they also still needed someone to parent them. Loyiso has a family of his own, and has to also cater for the needs of his mom and siblings, Phelo seems like the black sheep of the family, and Jafta and Jen on the other hand, can’t really fit into the family.

Despite all the drama, the Balas are working on their issues, and hopefully as episodes go by they will find it in themselves to forgive and forget. In the midst of it all, Zwai is hailed as a hero, for how he has always been there for his siblings. He might come across as controlling, but at the end of the day, the award winning musician and TV personality, wants what’s best for the whole clan.
