Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

- Complete documentation including temperature records, probe checks, and scale calibrations
- Use product knowledge to recommend buying options to customers
- Identify and remove waste to minimize losses
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Strong hygiene practices
- Prior experience as a deli assistant, in a catering company, or in another food-handling environment is beneficial
- Proficiency in English for customer and team communication
