Nandi Madida Celebrates Zakes Bantwini’s Grammy Win. We have just been served another proud moment as a country. Zakes Bantwini, Wouter Kellerman, and Nomcebo Zikode, the trio that represented South Africa at the 65th annual Grammy Awards, walked away with the gong.

Zakes, Kellerman and Nomcebo have just scooped Best Performance in the Global Music category, at the celebrated music awards. The award is for their hit song ‘Bayethe’. This is Kellerman’s fourth Grammy, while it’s a first for both Bantwini and Zikode. As expected they are currently trending on both social media and mainstream media, as the country celebrates them.

Their families are also proud of the trio bagging a Grammy. Nandi Madida, Bantwini’s wife is among those who can’t help but gush over the win. Those who follow the couple know just how much they support each other career wise. Bantwini and Nandi might be in the same industry, but instead of seeing each other as competition, they celebrate each other’s wins.

When Bantwini was the most nominated artist at the 2022 South African Music Awards, Nandi took to social media to celebrate the moment. The award winning singer and all round entertainer also sang her husband’s praises when his hit song Osama, took the country by storm. She also uses milestones like birthdays to show the world that she is Bantwini’s number one fan.

Now that Bantwini is a Grammy award winning artist, Nandi is over the moon.
