Sonia Mbele Unleashes Her Frustration to the President Over Load Shedding. Almost everyone is now feeling the inconveniences that come with load shedding. There is loss of business, people are no longer as productive as they would like and normal daily activities are affected by the constant electricity cuts.
The country is currently moving between stage 6, 5 and 4 of load shedding. This means at least eight hours of no electricity in a day, frustrating residents as they rely on electricity for many things. One of those who has had it up to here with load shedding is Sonia Mbele.
The award winning actress, TV producer and entrepreneur addressed the issue in a series of angry tweets this Saturday morning. She has been with no electricity since Friday at 4pm, and by Saturday 5:30 in the morning, she was still in load shedding. The most painful thing about Sonia’s experience is that she has an unveiling ceremony to prepare for. The load shedding without a doubt affected her program.
Can someone PLEASE explain to me why I’m load shedding from 4pm Friday the 20th of Jan and I’m waking up on Saturday the 21st at 5:30am to prepare for an UNVEILING and there’s still no f#<£€n electricity!!!

Sonia continued to state that she doesn’t do politics, but the current situation now has her talking. She also acknowledged that she is not the only one feeling the heat, and thinks it;s time for a new leadership.
