Msaki’s Recent Tweets Leave Fans Worried. For years, Msaki has been one of the drama free celebrities here in South Africa. Not many knew much about her personal life, as she was only about the music. This seems to have changed though, as she now makes headlines for personal issues besides music.
Towards the end of 2022, the award winning singer found herself making headlines after it was reported that she and media personality Smash Afrika were allegedly having an affair. Smash Afrika is currently married to Kefiloe Chuene, who is Rami Chuene’s daughter. People were shocked that Msaki could get herself into such kind of a situation.
“Nisafety guys? Nothing has changed here. I have nothing but love 4u & I will always be focused on my attempts to write songs to encourage & to uplift. I know many of you see my heart. My devotion is to sing us better. That’s my purpose here. Namaste Otherwise,” Msaki responded to the hectic allegations.
When everyone thought the dust has settled, the singer and songwriter is back on Twitter, with some rather disturbing posts. She shared a picture of herself with a couple of friends, who she thanked for saving her life a year ago.

“Thank you. Thank you for everything. It’s all been a lesson. A painful one , but a lesson. Nothing is really bad. It’s just painful but I’m learning to breathe through pain in real time. So thank you. That’s all. Thank your for being part of the lesson,” Msaki added.
This raised alarm to her fans and followers, who think she might be going through something. She sound like someone weighed down, thus needing some kind of support. The likes of Phil Mphela, asked those close to Msaki to check on her ASAP.
