Ntsiki Mazwai Bullied Out of Unpopular Opinion Podcast. Back in July Ntsiki Mazwai announced that she was joining the world of podcasting. She revealed that she was launching her new podcast, which according to her was long overdue.
Unpopular Opinion with Ntsiki was described as the only safe space for the open-minded as well as free-thinkers As a podcaster, the artist, poet and TV personality stated that she was now going to have the freedom to share the content she wants without fear. Ntsiki has in the past got in trouble with what she said on social media, so with the podcast, it was going to be easy for her to freely get her opinions across.
Although still new, the podcast boast almost 15k subscribers and growing by the minute. Ntsiki has so far interviewed the likes of multi-award winning musician Thandiswa Mazwai, former South African Navy admiral and politician, Dr Khanyisile Litchfield Tshabalala, CEO of the Zindzi Mandela Foundation and Kemet historian Mkhulu Nsingiza among others.
Sadly on the past few episodes, Ntsiki was missing in action. There is a whole new host, who is driving the show now. As viewers were getting confused by the day, Ntsiki has taken it upon herself to explain what is really going on. Taking to Twitter, she has revealed that she trusted the wrong people and was bullied off her own work.
“Sometimes you trust the wrong people and have to accept your poor choices. I will be back with my own podcast.Still processing how my following and network was used to build and then I was bullied off my own work. Trust me……I will come back harder,” she said.
Ntsiki also explained that this is the reason that she has been off social media lately.
