1. Moliehi Didie Makobane was born in 1989 in Maseru, Lesotho and grew up in Johannesburg.
2. She attended high school at the National School of the Arts where she did drama and graduated from Wits University with a BA Dramatic Arts Honours degree.
3. Just like so many people in the industry Didie has always had a passion for performance from a very young age. She nurtured this talent to become one of the most recognizable faces of our time.
4. Didie has been in the industry for a decade, making her television debut on e.tv compilation series, eKasi: Our Stories, in the scene named “Abafelokazi” (House of Widows), in 2011.
5. The talented actress, however, made her mark a year later for her starring role as Thuli Mabena in the fourth segment (“Uncovered!”) of the e.tv anthology series Mzansi Love: Kasi Style.
