Job Purpose

The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and offering the best solutions.
• Track and monitor personal sales performance against set targets.
• Sell a wide range of products while staying updated with décor and fashion trends.
• Proactively identify new sales opportunities.
• Assist in stock replenishment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is required.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
