10 Interesting Facts About Skeem Saam’s Lebohang Elephant (Mr Kgomo). Lebohang Elephant is a South African actor who has had roles in numerous award winning television series. Although he has such a decorated resume as an actor not much is known about Elephant because he keeps his life very private.

1. Lebogang Elephant is 51 years of age.

2. Like so many actors out there, Elephant has the qualification to back up the talent. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Permanence and Writing form the University of the Witwatersrand.

3. When it comes to acting, his CV does the talking. Elephant has had roles in numerous television series including Wild at Heart, Heartlines, Zero Tolerance and Hillside.

4. The talented actor has also made appearances in various shows including Generations, The Lab and Home Affairs.

5. In 2018, Elephant bagged a role Mia and the White Lion as Piet. The movie is about a young girl from London who moves to Africa with her parents where she befriends a lion cub.

6. Elephant’s star however, shone even brighter when he bagged a role on Skeem Saam as Mr Kgomo from season IV to date. The character started off small, now it is one of the leads on the SABC1 drama series.

7. Mr. Kgomo is a very strict hospital manager from the community of Turfloop who will do anything to make sure that his hospitals become the best in the country. This has made him a man that not so many people like, including his own son, Paxon.

8. Apart from acting, Elephant is also a great director. Looking at his talent, we definitely can’t wait for more work from him.
