Her mother Thandiswa Mazwai is a multi-award winning songstress who has been consistent from the 90s to date. Malaika’s father is non other than Stoan Seate, who is also an award winning musician as well as a TV personality. As for her aunts, Ntsiki and Nomsa Mazwai, they also hold their own in the industry doing music and TV.
Malaika is an AFDA Film school graduates, and her mom is proud of her. Thandiswa is excited that her daughter, who she has been supporting since day 1 is about to start a career in TV production.
