Mogau Motlhatswi Moved by Skeem Saam’s Current Storyline on Bullying. For 10 years since it’s debut, Skeem Saam remains one of the most loved dramas on TV. This is simply because their storyline has relatable content, that is always on time.
At the beginning of the year, the SABC1 hit drama introduced new cast members, a group of students coming to join the iconic Turf High. They are cousins Mahlatse, played by Phillip Thobejane and Letetswe who is played by Mahlatse Moropo. Then we have the naughty Paxton Kgomo a character played by TV personality, Thabiso Molokomme. Lewatle and Mosejadi, played by Mosa Nkwashu and Mosebjadi Zizo Sobhutyu, respectively complete the new batch.
Just like most high school students, this group is forever up to no good. They give teachers a hard time, and recently pulled a trick, where one of their teachers was splashed with a bucket full of water. During interrogations at the principal’s office, Mosebjadi revealed the student behind the deed, and this angered the clique who have now turned against her. She is now being bullied for being a snitch, and is going through the most.
Skeem Saam long serving actress, Mogau Motlhatswi took to Twitter to weigh in on this captivating storyline. The talented actress describes the bullying that takes place at schools, sickening. She empathized with Mosebjadi character and everyone out there going through the same thing.
“The bullying that goes on in our schools is absolutely sickening I’m so sorry #Mosebjadi and I’m so sorry to all the kids that have ever been and are being bullied I hope your peers and elders can step in and help you @SkeemSaam3#SkeemSaam,” Mogau said.
