South African Celeb Kids Nominated For the Nicklodeon Kids Awards 2023. The international nominations of Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2023 have been unveiled. A number of our very own personalities are on the list.
In 2022, social media sensation Sbahle Mzizi won Favourite African Influencer award, at the very same awards. The kid star was up against talented African stars, Uncle Vinny, Witney Ramabulana, Adaeze Onuigbo, Masaka Kids Africana and Sassy Taylor Morrison.
This year, South Africa is represented under the African Kidfluencers category. Among the nominees is Alakhe Mdoda, who has been doing amazing things.. The 7 year old, is an influencer, a YouTube content creator and a sport fanatic among other things. Alakhe is the son of affluent media personality Anele Mdoda, who is doing all she can to nurture her talented son.
We also have Siba Bogopa, who is the son of Thabo ‘JR’ Bogopa and Tshepi Vundla. Siba has done a cuple of adverts together with her mom, and he is also quite active on social media. D Rethabile Mokgatla has also bagged a nomination. He has captured the mind of many music lovers with his dance moves.
We also have Lethukuthula Bhengu, an inspirational academic. At only two years, she already has a way with words and is an avid reader. DJ Arch JNR who is on the lists need no introduction. He is a well known DJ around the world, and graced big stages such as America’s Got Talent.
Kids’ Choice winners are decided by an online vote. Fans can begin voting for their favorites in all 31 categories starting Tuesday, January 31, on the official Kids’ Choice Awards website. Viewers can view the show when it airs across several networks, including Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons, the Nick Jr. channel, TVLand, CMT and MTV2.
