Check Out the Full List of Tiktok’s 2023 Top Creators Awards. This past Friday was a big one for content creators and their followers. Tiktok was celebrating some of its well known content creators in the region at the 2023 Top Creator Awards.

The glamorous event which was held at Vodacom World, celebrated TikTok’s vibrant community’s creativity, innovation and dedication across sub-Saharan Africa. The awards ceremony not only spotlighted exceptional content across various categories but also emphasized TikTok’s commitment to empowering creators. The awards honor also provide a glimpse into the future of media and entertainment in Africa.

Our local talent did amazingly well at the awards. Nezcatt bagged Sports Creator of the Year in Sub-Saharan Africa award, Sachi_himes96 got the Entertainment Creator of the Year in sub-Saharan Africa, Africa Rising Creator of the Year went to Afrolecia ans Song of the Year went to Tyla ICU.
