Tweeps Weigh In On Somizi Being A Guest on The Braai Show. The day that many people have been waiting for is finally here. The Braai Show on SABC 1, which was formerly hosted by AKA will be returning this Wednesday with a new host.

Cassper Nyovest was unveiled a couple of weeks ago, as the new host taking over form his arch rival AKA. The channel has revealed the guests that will be coming through on the highly anticipated new season. Mufasa will be preparing delicious meals for A-list South African celebrities. His first guest will be former Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi and we are here for the content that will e shared.

Other celebrities in the lineup include comedian and TV personality Mpho Popps, DJ Sumbody, talented musician Makhadzi, businessman Lekau Sehaoana, award winning actor, Presley Chweneyagae, Boxing legend Dingani Thobela, Cassper’s friend Carpo as well as media personality Somizi.

Although this is a great lineup, not so many people are happy with Somizi’s comeback. Well, this is because of the allegations that were thrown his way by his estranged husband, Mohale Motaung. The allegations amongs others include domestic violence, which is a very sensitive issue here in SA. Amidst the drama, Somizi has taken a leave of absence from Metro, where he hosts the popular Ask A Man segment together with Dineo Ranaka and Naked DJ. M-Net has also had a discussion with the star, and they have come to an agreement that he takes some time off Idols SA to deal with his personal issues.

Now those who have been missing Somizi in action will get to see him as a guest on The Braai Show With Cass come November. Those against Somizi being a guest on the show, argue that the cancel culture must apply to everyone, regardless of what impact they have had in the industry. His fans though see no issue here, and they are eager to see their fave do his thing.
