Unfortunately most people complain about a toxic environment at work. Some are abused by colleagues, their superiors, clients, and sometimes the workload itself can be too much to bear. This has resulted in a lot of people calling it quits.
One famous person who has had a bad experience at her place of work is Refilwe Modiselle. The international award winning actress model and media personality joined Motsweding FM when the radio station made a reshuffle in 2018. She joined the Motsweding FM Afternoon Drive team. Refilwe was appointed same time as Rapulana Seiphimo, causing major upset among listeners who wanted no TV personalities on the radio station.
Refilwe worked alongside award winning radio personality, Lucky Tlale. Well, it seems like her stay at the radio station had it’s challenges. Today Refilwe was a guest at Metro FM, and one listener wanted Mo Flava to ask here what really happened at Motsweding FM. Although she did not reveal names, Refilwe responded by saying that her co-host created a very hostile environment for her, and everything became toxic. She also added that although she was willing to learn, he co-host did not give her the chance.
“To answer you so nobody asks me this ever again My co host created a very hostile environment for me to work in it became toxic, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I know, I wasn’t perfect & but willing grow but wasn’t given the chance by someone who made it a nightmare,” Refilwe explained.
