DIP ST Store Is Looking For An Admin, Sales Assistant & Website Developer

We are looking to expand our team with leaders, achievers and visionaries to contribute to growing the DIP brand in a challenging and constantly evolving game in the following positions:

Store Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all store telephonic and email enquiries
• Manage sales assistants rosters
• Perform routine stock takes
• Maintain customer database
• Prepare data for sales reports
• Balancing the cash register
• Process online sales
• Assist with in store sales
• Ensure store updates are communicated to sales assistants
• other ad-hoc administrative duties

Key Requirements:

• Retail/Sales experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

• Problem solving and logical reasoning
• Strong ability to plan and organise; admin orientated
• Proactive

Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers who enter the shop.
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Dealing with customer refunds.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes sweeping and mopping.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock

Key Requirements:

• Matric
• Basic sneaker and streetwear knowledge
• Good fashion sense
• Articulate
• Have a friendly and engaging personality.
• Comfortable working with members of the public.
• Should have a confident manner.
• Must be helpful and polite.
