Shauwn Mkhize Preaches Positivity After Losing Case
Shauwn Mkhize Preaches Positivity After Losing Case. If you thought she was down and out, then you have another thing coming. A few years ago, Shauwn Mkhize took to Instagram to declare that she was going to do everything that it takes to make sure that Royal AM, win their case against Sekhukhune United. Unfortunately for her, things didn’t go as she hoped they would.
Over the weekend, Sekhukhune United was declared champions in the GladAfrica Championship and promoted to the DStv Premiership. This came after the dismissal of Polokwane City’s application to the Johannesburg high court to have overturned an arbitration that deducted three points from their total and awarded three to Sekhukhune in the GladAfrica Championship.
Mkhize’s side Royal AM, were the declared as runner up, who have to battle it out at the play offs. The football team is scheduled to face Richards Bay United in the relegation/promotion playoffs at the Umhlathuze Stadium in Richards Bay on Tuesday.
As they say, it’s not over until the fat lady sings. Royal AM filed an application to stop the play offs from commencing as planned. According to reports, Mkhize wants the PSL to postpone Tuesday’s matches to accommodate an urgent application she has filed to Gauteng deputy judge president Roland Sutherland.
On a more positive note, the successful businesswoman, is not about to let this setback steal her joy. She shared her usual motivational quotes on Instagram, and thanked those who have been sending her messages of support.
“What has happened to me yesterday it’s not new. Who said a male-dominated territory was easy? I am still standing tall and firm on my ground not shaken by it, thanking all those that send messages of support. I really appreciate it from bottom of my heart,” Mkhize said.
