Natasha Joubert Reveals Her Future Plans
Natasha Joubert Reveals Her Future Plans. The difference between average people and achieving people is their perception of and response to failure. This is one lesson we should learn from Natasha Joubert. She was a hopeful at the just ended Miss Universe beauty pageant, where over 76 contestants from across the world, took center stage.
The prestigious beauty pageant took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood FL. 26 year old, Miss Mexico, Andrea Meza emerged the winner. The fourth runner-up was announced to be Miss Dominican Republic. The third runner-up was Miss India. The second runner-up was Miss Peru and first runner up was Miss Brazil. Representing South Africa was our Miss SA 2nd runner up Natasha Joubert. Although, she put up a good fight, Joubert missed out on a spot in Miss Universe Top 21.
Instead of beating herself up, Joubert is already making plans for the future. She took to Instagram to thank everyone from the bottom of her heart. Even though, she didn’t go far in the competition, Joubert has vowed that this is not the end, but rather the beginning.
“I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for your love and support not only since last night but also during the lead up to the finale of Miss Universe. I’m proud of the work we have done, the way we competed and for always staying true to myself. Even though it did not go as we had planned I promise that this is not the end but only the beginning. ✨
I look forward to spending time with some friends in the next couple of weeks and reflecting on the last couple of months….Our hearts may be broken but our spirits will never be!” Joubert said.
She also congratulated the winner ,Meza, “Congratulations to @andreamezamx for being crowned Miss Universe.“
