Somizi Makes His Debut As A Designer Dressing Moshe Ndiki At the METRO FM Awards. From always slaying the red carpet, having your own fashion brand to becoming a fashion designer, Somizi is definitely living his dream.
When it comes to events, more so the Durban July, Somizi always makes sure that he stands out. The multi-faceted entertainer and entrepreneur rocks outfits that immediately trend on social media. A year ago, the flamboyant Somizi made a grand entrance at the Durban July. He was carried into the event by six men in matching green and red outfits. As a judge on Idols SA, Somizi always came through with extravagant designer outfits. He has a knack for looking different and stylish while at it.
A couple of months back, Somizi opened his own kiddies store. Sompire Kids Store started off as an online business, and within a very short space of time, a physical store was opened. Not only relying on his celebrity status, Somizi is working hard to put his fashion business out there. Among other things he uses social media and events, to push his hustle and passion.
Going all the way to the top, Somizi is now a fashion designer. He just made his debut in the field by designing Moshe Ndiki’s outfit for the 18th METRO FM Music Awards. Somizi made sure that his friend looked all sorts of stylish in his Black lace suit. Taking to Instagram, Moshe expressed gratitude to his fear friend. Somizi on the other hand thanked Moshe for using him at such a major event, even though he is a beginner.
“Thanks friend for trusting me for such a huge event. My debut as a designer,” Somizi said..
