Faith by Thapelo Desmond Selwane

The most powerful source of all riches – Faith

“I personally will stick to my kind of faith which I believe it got me this far”
History has repeatedly highlighted the significance of faith in all aspects of our lives. You neither need education nor science to enjoy the fruits of it. Faith is not only for the holiest of the holly but for everybody who is willing to accomplish what s/he believes in or die trying.  You must be a martyr of your success.
The biggest mistake people do is failing to distinguish between FAITH and CHRISTIANITY or fellowship.
One can be faithful to his/her own work, dream, spouse or even oneself but still be an unbeliever of Christ. I personally will stick to my kind of faith which I believe it got me this far. With this faith I confidently believe that the book of Philippians 1:6 reveals it all; “He who began the good work in you will finish it”. Most of us survived terrible incidents and accidents without even a single scratch. Despite all the madness and lies you share about how you survived – telling people how smart you acted to escape unharmed. Deep down in your heart the truth is restless and willing to pop out involuntarily.
The truth of the matter is that “He knows the plans He has for your life” Jeremiah 29:11.
No weapon formed against you shall be able to prosper because you were created by his purpose, for his purpose.

If you follow the stories of the greatest philosophers, writers, poets, etc. they all possessed the undefeated FAITH of its own kind. This is the very same reason why the same stores, selling the same products in the same geographical area bring different outputs. There is a thin line between failure and success and onus of survival rests upon the dreamer’s faith to his/her idea. A dream without faith is like a car without fuel. It just never moves regardless of what model it is.

Joseph Murphy, Napoleon Hill, Myles Munroe, Susan Jeffers and all other great authors of all times who wrote about the power of human mind, tried to reveal nothing but one powerful source behind every success – faith. They all support the fact that faith should be left undisturbed. It becomes crystal clear that fear, doubt, hatred and all these negative emotions should be flushed down the drain. Alternatively, one should decorate her faith to such an extent that fear has no room to hide.
Napoleon Hill says “FAITH and FEAR make poor bedfellows. Where one is found, the other cannot exist.”
I once heard one powerful speaker says “If there is a recession on earth I’m not going to participate”. This explains why the word crisis in Japanese and Chinese actually means opportunity. A faithful man dances in front of the closed door because he understands why his master shut it right before him. Just because your friend went through that door doesn’t justify your right of way. Some doors have the servitudes of Heaven and only those who carried the cross are granted access.
There is a young faithful author, Nonhlanhla Mnisi who wrote the book “Life Changes and always says to me; “There is a cross before the crown.”
