Role Overview
As a Furniture Consultant, you serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor. You engage guests, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive sales and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the @Home Livingspace brand
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience at all times
• Identify guest needs and provide practical product solutions
• Track sales performance and work consistently towards targets
• Sell across a diverse furniture and homeware range
• Stay informed on the latest trends and retail technology
• Identify opportunities for new and repeat business
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability
• Support visual merchandising to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Matric
