Nestlé SA is calling on suitable individuals, to join the company’s Graduate Trainee Programme for 2021.The successful applicant will be part of Nestlé’s ESAR team and will have an opportunity to kickstart their profession with one of the leading FMCG in the world.

Requirements

In order to qualify for consideration, applicants will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree
• Achieved a 65% GPA in academics
• Work experience (after graduation) must not exceed 2 years
• Motivated to reach ambitious performance targets and quality standards
• Possesses a genuine passion for Nestlé products
• Outgoing with good people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Target and goal-driven
• A fast learner and go-getter

How do I apply?

Eligible applicants are required to complete a ‘gamification’ application game. Once completed, an email will be sent to confirm receipt of the test. The Talent Acquisition team will assess the applications that will contact those who qualify.
