Henceforth it came as no surprise when Bonang Matheba won the Style Influencer of the Year at the Glitz Style Awards held in Ghana this past weekend. The media personality beat Ghanaian actress Jackie Appiah, Afia Rida and Nigerian fashion designer Lisa Folawiyo.

Bonang was not present to receive the award, but her fans made sure she gets the great news.
