Bishop I Makamu Shares His Scary Experience With Covid-19
Bishop I Makamu Shares His Scary Experience With Covid-19. Over the last couple of weeks, celebrities have been sharing with their fans and followers about their covid-19 experiences. We have had the likes of Lerato Zah Moloi, Kabelo and Gail Mabalane, AKA, TT Mbha boldly detailing what they went through.
One celeb who recently shared his experience is Bishop I Makamu. Based on his symptoms, the Rea Tsotella presenter and businessman thought he was going to die. During his worst days, Makamu lost his sense of taste and smell, struggled to breathe and his mind was absent.
“When I slept, I felt better. But when I was asleep, I had nightmares. I would see my funeral. I even envisioned myself sinking into the 1,5 million graves that I saw in the news. It was horrible,” he told Drum magazine.
The great news is that he is one of the many recoveries recorded in the country. Makamu, who had Pastor Mboro pray for him for three days believes Jesus healed him.
Just like many survivors, Makamu says one has to be strong both mentally and spiritually, “You need to be mentally and spiritually strong to beat this thing. Listen to the doctors, follow the instructions, wear your masks, and put prayer at the forefront of your life because anyone can get this virus. Stay safe and protect people around you by staying at home.”
