4. LEARNERSHIP (CHEMICAL)

Chemical Manufacturing Company invites applications from new Matriculants/Graduates from College or University, who achieved / likely to achieve excellent results in Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry/Physical Science for an internship programme of 12 months duration to commence January 2016. Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).   Position is open to all (Non BBBEE requirement).

To undergo plant operator and laboratory work (6 months).

To attend theoretical training for 6 months in a laboratory/regulated environment.

To undergo regular performance appraisals, submit work assignments.

Successful completion of the learnership will earn the Learner a Level 2 Chemical Learnership qualification.

Matriculant with excellent results in English, Mathematics and Physics/Chemistry/Physical Science.

Recommended that applicants live near Pinetown if using public transport, or otherwise own transport due to location of company.

Programme is planned for a 12 month duration, but this will depend on work performance results.
