Applications Open For The IEC Internship Programme 2020. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for appointment to the following position/s in the administration of the Electoral Commission, a state institution established by Chapter 9 of the Constitution.

Competences

• The candidate must possess good communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• He/ she must be computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and possess the following attributes:
• ability to work under pressure;
• be prepared to work long hours; pro-active; decisive; confident and be service driven.

The following Internships are open for applications:

Internship: Political Party Funding

• Ref: Nr NO-01
• Applicants must be in possession of Matric / N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification (Degree/ Diploma) in Financial Management/ Accounting/ Commerce (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).

Internship: Finance (Financial Compliance)

• Ref: Nr No-02
• Applicants must have completed and be in possession of Matric / N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Finance/ Financial Management, Accounting or Economics (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).

Internship: Logistics

• Ref Nr: No-03
• Applicants must be in possession of Matric / N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification (Degree/ Diploma) in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Procurement/ Warehousing/ Transport Management (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).

Internship: Procurement And Asset Management

• Applicants must be in possession of Matric / N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).

Internship: Graphic Designer

• Applicants must be in possession of Matric/ N3 and a tertiary qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Graphic Design (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).

Internship: ICT Operations – Desktop Support Technician

• Applicants must be in possession of Matric / N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification – CompTIA A+ – CompTIA Network + – Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (or working towards it) • (Degree/ Diploma) in Information Technology.

Internship: Human Resources

• Applicants must be in possession of Matric / N3 certificate and a Completed tertiary qualification (Degree/ Diploma) in HRM/ LR/ Training & Development/ OD (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).
