Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping standards on the store floor
• Replenish stock and display items according to agreed layouts
• Count and order stock as required
• Deliver excellent customer service to all patrons
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Adapt to changes in work environment and procedures
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and punctual presence at work

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 10 education
• Good communication skills
• Sober habits and professional demeanor
• Punctual, neat, and tidy appearance
• Willingness to work weekends, shifts, and overtime when required
• Ability to understand and deliver quality customer service
• Clean criminal record
