Penny Lebyane Appointed As Head Of Communication At A Major Organization. What a way to kickoff the new year! Penny Lebyane has ushered in the new year with an executive position at the Collen Mashawana Foundation. She has been appointed as the new Head of Communication, effective immediately.
CMF is a Non Profit Organization with an objective of assisting the elderly, child headed families and those living with disabilities. For quite sometime, we have seen Penny work closely with the organization in some of their events. Now the media personality get to work with them officially as Head of Communication.

In this pivotal role, Ms Lebyane will serve as the primary public voice of the Foundation, provide strategic leadership to its communications team, and manage relationships with the Foundation’s partners and stakeholders,” the organization announced.
Penny’s mandate is to shape and articulate the Foundation’s vision as it embarks on an ambitious new chapter in 2026 and beyond. A trusted friend and supporter of the Foundation since its inception 14 years ago, her appointment marks a natural evolution of her commitment. She now formally steps into the role of Foundation Champion, offering her formidable platform and expertise to support the Founder and Chairman, Dr Collen Mashawana and the nationwide network of volunteers.
