Nonku Williams Misses the Usual Family Tradition On Her Son’s 14th Birthday

Nonku Williams Misses the Usual Family Tradition On Her Son’s 14th Birthday. One thing about Nonku Williams, she always goes all out for her children’s birthdays. This time around though things are a bit different, and she didn’t get the opportunity to do what she normally does for her son Musawakhe (Wakhe).

The reality show star, entrepreneur and author has three kids that she loves to bits. Her daughter Nothile, who was born in 2007 is from her relationship with the late Gospel star, Sfiso Ncwane. Nonku then got married to a man, whose identity she would rather not reveal. Even though it was short-lived, the marriage was blessed with two sons Musawakhe (Wakhe) and Phendulile.

Every time on her kids’ birthdays, Nonku wake them up at 12 midnight, to present them with a birthday cake. The whole family gathers around the one birthdaying and sing for them, while they are sleepy. Today Wakhe is turning 14, but sadly, the family tradition had to wait. This is because the teenage boy is in boarding school, not at home with the family. Nonku has however promised that once Wakhe is back home, he will get his cake and a big hug from mommy.

I couldn’t wake you up with cake this morning like we always do, and my heart feels it. Boarding school stole the tradition, but it can’t steal how proud I am of the young man you’re becoming.
You’re 14 now. Big man energy, but still my baby. I couldn’t be more proud of your kindness, your strength, and the way you carry yourself.
I love you endlessly, 💙Wishing you many, many more years of health, laughter, and dreams coming true. Can’t wait to give you the biggest hug + cake when you’re home.🎂🎉🥳,”
