The multi-award winning media personality and TV producer has been mocked for her weight as well as gap teeth among other things. Nonetheless, Anele doesn’t take many of the comments to heart, in fact she takes her power back by also making fun of herself. She recently shared on Twitter that her man is dying to slot a R5 coin through her gap teeth. Making the whole thing even more hilarious Anele said she feels like an arcade game, and invited more coins to come.

Now Anele has taken the joke a bit further by taking a whole R5 coin and inserting it between her two front teeth. Those who have been mocking her, saying a coin that size can fit between her teeth, now don’t have anything to say, at least for now.

“No more lives. Insert more coins,” Anele captioned the hilarious picture.

Jokes aside, Anele has been tasked with one of the biggest gigs of her life. Her production company, Rose And Oaks, recently launched The Masked Singer South Africa in partnership with the SABC and Primedia. The gig comes after making her debut as a producer with Ludik on Netflix last July.

The singing competition, which is based on the Korean King of Masked Singer, sees media personalities, thespians and politicians take to the stage singing well-known songs while donning full-body costumes and masks to hide their identities. The detectives, of the South African version are Somizi, J Something, Skhumba and Sithelo Shozi. Mpho Popps, will be the host of the much anticipated show.
