he University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business (GSB) is partnering with DESTINY to award an MBA scholarship*

 

We know that the changing world of business needs new thinking from leaders who can reimagine existing business models and design new ones – thinking that will alter the way the world works.

We want you to think less about how you’re going to fund your MBA and more about how you’re going to change the world.

For a chance to secure the scholarship , send us an essay of not more than 500-550 words on the following topic: “The emerging market context faces many challenges. Identify a challenge that you feel passionate about and explain what you think the role of business is in addressing it.”

*Subject to meeting all the admission requirements and being awarded a place on the GSB MBA programme.

T’s & C’s: One scholarship will be awarded across DESTINY and DESTINY MAN. All applications must comply with the above requirements. The successful applicant will receive the scholarship on condition of being awarded a place on the 2017 MBA programme. The student will be held liable for tuition fee if they do not complete the MBA course. The scholarship covers tuition fees only and does not include living expenses, flights, GMAT fees or any other application costs. The student must attend all classes and have the permission of his/her employer to do so, if applicable. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The scholarship is only valid for the 2017 academic year. To be considered for the GSB MBA programme, candidates must be 25 years or older, have a minimum of three year’s work experience, have completed either a Bachelor Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma or a cognate Bachelor’s Degree equivalent at level 8 through relevant work experience. All applicant are required to write the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) and obtain an acceptable GMAT score. A GMAT score of 550 will ordinarily be required.
