Vacancy: Refreshment Officer Manager

| Outputs | • Ensure that tea ladies keep their work stations and boardrooms clean and that boardrooms are prepared for meetings with refreshments / teas and coffees.
• Ensure that tea ladies are informed of all meetings in order to prepare boardrooms for meetings. • Ensure that there are enough inventory for the cappuccino machine, popcorn machine and that the tea ladies have enough inventory in all the kitchen workstations • Make popcorn every day and ensure that the popcorn machine is cleaned afterwards • Ensure that kitchens are clean and report to cleaners for major cleaning |
