Vacancy: Electrician
Minimum Requirements
• Trade test (Red Seal)
• At least 5 years experience
• N3 qualification
• Experience in repairing industrial Kitchen Equipment
• HTC switching and high Voltage experience will be an advantage
Key Job Functions
• Servicing and maintaining electrical, appliance and lighting units
• Perform work order requests in distribution units without removal of voltage above 240V
• Perform testing, mounting and repair of the fluorescent lighting schemes
• Read, understand and work with drafts, plans and schemes
• Daily and weekly inspection of diesel-electrical generators & electrical plant rooms.
• Dismounting and mounting of secondary commutation and of simple relaying, Replacement of instrumentation and instrument transformer in substations.
• Carrying out the network routine switching with testing of transformers, switchers, isolators and their electric drives
• Testing, mounting and repairing the fluorescent lighting schemes.
• Cable reel-out, termination and laying, mounting of inlet units and couplers
• Locate faults of cable, measure the earthing resistance, locate and eliminate faults of electrical equipment with the scheme of middle complexity
