The job: Telephone sales only, where your objectives are to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets. It is a focused sale, using objectives and research for every client pitched.

See why we need the rain-makers? This position is not to build relationships with clients where you talk about your kids for three hours (well it is, but that is another division). Your job is to convert, to meet targets, calmly, effectively and quickly. One deal-a-week actually – for the newbies! Leads are endless, unlimited and every single one is hot.

The low down:

• Full in-house training
• Excellent working hours
• If targets are met, you will be made permanent, with the view of heading up your own title.
• Earning potential currently averages R20,000 per month per person  – you could do that in your first month
