RedBase Group Receptionist Learnership Opportunity
The RedBase Group is a single source responsibility covering all aspects of the business in the industrial air conditioning field, from sales to service and repairs, imports to exports. We are proud to be the authorised distributor of the Trane product in South Africa.
Air Conditioning Engineers, Sales & BMS Engineers are just some of the skilled employees that make up the Redbase Group.
We have a temporary vacancy to be filled for a receptionist on an Internship or a Learnership Programme for the duration of 10 months. The successful candidate must comply with the following requirements:
- Ages between 21 – 35
- Preferably living in the surrounding areas of Northriding
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Non-smoker
- Preference will be given to Female, BEE & Disabled Candidates
We’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and honest candidate with contactable references and good experience in reception and switchboard. The candidate must be hands on, very organised, with attention to detail, presentable and a team player. The successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership of and responsibility for the duties entrusted to her. She must be eager to learn and be pro-active.
The successful candidate will manage the reception duties, 2 network printers and be responsible for administration duties relating to i.e. traffic fines, toll gate accounts, licensing renewals, ordering of stationery and the control thereof, etc. The candidate will also be responsible for filing, doing account reconciliations & compiling Excel Spreadsheets
- Matric
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
- You will be required to work 4 days a week
- Basic Salary R5 000.00
