Rachel started off as a high school student, whose father died in a car accident. The loss affected her and her family in devastating ways. Rachel set her eyes on getting rich, and as years went by, she did questionable things whilst chasing the bag. She juggled being a high-maintenance sugar baby and living with her strict mother Celia Magongwa. Rachel and Marothi Maphuthuma eventually got married, but it wasn’t a fairy tale. She then left Turfloop, and no one heard from her. A couple of months back, Rachel returned, this time as a drug mule. Sadly for Skeem Saam fans, the storyline saw Rachel disappear again from the SABC1 educational drama.
