Anele Mdoda Bags A Cool Event Hosting Gig

Anele Mdoda Bags A Cool Event Hosting Gig. Congratulations are in order for Anele Mdoda, who is about to host yet another major event. The multi-award winning media personality and producer is set to host The Magical Marble Family Fest as the Fairy Godmother to the festival explorers which is billed for May.

Anele will also work alongside her son, Alakhe, who is the ambassador to the Explorers. The youngster is bringing wit, warmth, and that “kids-get-it” credibility to the festival experience. Together, Anele and Alakhe tell the story of a one-of-a-kind adventure designed to delight little ones, tickle teens and create a space where families find fun together.

The Magical Marble Family Fest is a joyful spin-off from the creators of the celebrated Luxurious Marble Circus. The Magical Marble Family Fest comes to life on the 9th and 10th of May 2026 at James & Ethel Gray Park in Melrose, Johannesburg.

Those attending will experience a new festival of fun, fit for everyone. There will be food, music and magic galore for attendees. Little ones can play, big kids can roam, and grown-ups can join in, or take a seat, sip a drink, share a laugh, and sway to the beat. Since Sunday is Mother’s Day, extra touches to celebrate moms with meaningful mementos and moments are built into the experience.

I have a twinkly little secret to share…
In a land not so far away, I’m bringing the magic out to play.

I’m entering a new, wonder-filled world, as Fairy Godmother of the Explorers at The Magical Marble Family Fest.

She’s sparkly, she’s warm and she’s full of fun, just like me! But with wings, and a wand!
And she’ll be twinkling on 9 and 10 May at James & Ethel Gray Park, where families can enter a world of music, play, stories, sparkle, and moments made to remember.

So, join me, your new-favourite Fairy Godmother at The Magical Marble Family Fes
