Clicks: Learnership Training Programme Opportunity 2015
We have up to 100 exciting opportunities to complete a National Certificate: Pharmacy Assistant Learnership Programme (Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant) in Cape Town, JHB and KZN.
The programme includes completing:
– 3 month theoretical training through the Pharmacy Healthcare Academy (PHA);
– 12 month practical training at one of the registered Clicks Pharmacies.
Job Objectives
The successful applicants will be able to access a bursary fund in order to study the theoretical component which includes you:
- attending the required training interventions and successfully complete the competency assessments;
- submitting a portfolio of evidence;
- passing the final summative exam.
Once you have successfully completed the theoretical training, you may apply for a position to complete the practical training component at a registered Clicks Pharmacy and under an approved tutor. Placement at a Clicks Pharmacy will depend on operational requirements at the time and will be at a location within the Province that you studied the theoretical component. Only those that pass the theoretical component will be eligible to apply for a vacancy to complete the practical training. If you do not pass the theoretical training you will be required to pay back the cost of the course which is a value of R12, 500 (Twelve thousand and five hundred rand).

Qualification:
- Matric / Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in English, 50% in Maths or 60% Maths Literacy
