You’ll be interacting by phone, collecting information and conduct follow-up appointments in order to sell our product offering and services.

Requirements

• Take the leads you are provided with (yes, you don’t have to go get the business, we bring it to you!) and liaise with the client via phone or email to provide them with the comparative quotation they requested, and then explain the options available to them based on their healthcare needs and budget.
• You’ll need to be able to identify and overcome objections, provide pricing detail and respond to the client’s sales inquiries and concerns in a skilled and efficient manner.
• Once you’ve established contact with the client or sealed the deal, you need to document the records of your telephonic interactions, update the client’s details, and assist the client to submit a completed application form.
