1. Amogelang Telekelo is a 23-year old young woman. She was born and raised in the neighboring republic of Botswana, in a village called Mmathethe.

2. She describes herself as an introvert, kind, funny and a happy soul. Amogelang also states that she doesn’t get angry or mad at people for a long time.

3. Her acting career began unexpectedly at Limkokwing University in Botswana, where she had been studying. A friend invited her to sit in on an acting rehearsal, and as soon as the director saw Amogelang, he handed her a script and asked her to read three lines.

4. From there Amogelang started investing in her craft. This led her to drop out of school and pursue film and TV in South Africa.

5. She enrolled with African Academy Of Cinematic Arts to pursue film and TV studies. Amogelang further trained at Actors Spaces Academy, to hone her craft.

6. She is well known for her role as Palesa in the hit Showmax series Youngings. For the role, Amogelang has been nominated in the Best Newcomer category at the 3rd edition of the National Film and TV Awards South Africa.
