Provide clerical and administrative support
Create and maintain personnel files
Maintain HR calender as and when required
Maintain and update HR records
Conduct criminal, ITC and MIE checks
Assist HR manager in the development and maintainance of the policies and procedures
Provide support for disciplinary process
Provide all recruitment administration support and initiation
Any adhoc duties required from time to time
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
Time management and adaptability
Work well under pressure
Requirements
Clear ITC check and criminal record
Matric
Degree in HR or a three year Diploma in HR
Currently unemployed
