Anglo American: Engineering Learnership Programme 2015

Location: Molyneaux Road, Beaconsfield (Kimberley Mine)
The incumbents will be required to successfully complete a structured MQA registered Engineering Learnership training programme in order to qualify as an Artisan.
SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:
- Be independent, proactive thinker and have the ability to do own job planning
- Good communication skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Standard 10
- N2 Instrument / Fitting or Boilermaker Theory with Engineering Science, Mathematics, Drawings & Trade Theory
- Code EB driver’s license recommended advantage
- Medically and security cleared as per Company Policy
- Preference would be given to candidates who have not qualified in any trade as an Artisan
- Candidates must be from the Northern Cape Labour Sending Area
- In line with our Women-in-Mining initiative preference would be given to female candidate
